cclust: Convex Clustering Methods and Clustering Indexes
Convex Clustering methods, including K-means algorithm,
On-line Update algorithm (Hard Competitive Learning) and Neural
Gas algorithm (Soft Competitive Learning), and calculation of
several indexes for finding the number of clusters in a data
set.
