The alm() function now checks if the generated mu_t is positive, and if not, it returns a big number, forcing the solver to stick with the positive solution. * If inverting Hessian fails, return very big values (meaning high uncertainty). * predict.alm() now saves the original level of probability. * New initialisation for plogis, pnorm, dpois and dnbinom in alm(). * dpois, plogis, pnorm and dnbinom now use maxeval=500.
