Description
This is the second of the PDE Winter Schools which are held annually in the South West Region. The programme includes

- Minicourse by Giuseppe Mingione (Parma) on "Non-linear aspects of Calderon-Zygmund theory"
- Minicourse by Nina Uraltseva (St. Petersburg) on "Maximum principle and related topics"
- Invited lecture Giuseppe Buttazzo (SNS) on "On some problems in spectral optimization"
- Invited lecture by Jean van Schaftingen (Louvain-la-Neuve) on "Limiting estimates for L^1 vector fields"
- Talks from students and postdocs
- Poster sessions
