Research Interests

My research interests lie at the intersection of medical image procesing, computational statistics and probability theory. I study Bayesian models and processing methods for inverse problems arising in medical imaging (i.e., segmentation, filtering, deconvolution). I am particularly interested in new MCMC algorithms for inference in very high dimensional (and often doubly intractable) models.
