Party membership?

Who to vote for...

Click here for the 7-node tree and you will be asked a set of questions about whether you would sign a series of Early Day Motions. When the system has enough information it will respond with a guess as to which political party you are closest to (although remember the information taken from Early Day Motions is from Members of Parliament might have different or unusual reasons for signing particular motions). Read each motion quite carefully! Sometimes the longer motions start off in what seems a supportive way of an issue but then when read in its entirety can convey a completely contrary view. The statistical tree behind this question and answer session is a simple one involving few questions. As a result it will only ever recommend Labour, Conservative, Liberal Democrat, or Ulster Unionist and will never ask more than 8 questions.

Click here for the 19-node tree. This link will ask questions and make recommendations in the same fashion as the 7-node tree above. The tree is more complicated but will only ever ask you a maximum of 12 questions. In addition to the political parties mentioned for the 7-node tree the 19-node tree has the capability of recommending The Scottish Nationalist Party and Plaid Cymru.
