* Changed penalties such that with a postfix 0 i.e. SIC0 we DO NOT count the changepoint as a parameter (this was previously SIC) and wihtout a postfix i.e. SIC we count the changepoint as a parameter (this was previously SIC1). This change brings the package in line with some theoretical results and empirical evidence that including the change in parameter estimation is preferred. This also affects the MBIC definition which now also includes the number of changepoints.

* Created a new plot function for cpt.range objects. Behaves in the same way as the plot function for cpt objects but has two extra arguments, ncpts (numeric) and diagnostic (TRUE or FALSE).
- The ncpts parameter by default is NA, thus plotting the optimal segmentation according to the penalty. If the number is specified then the segmentation corresponding to that number is plotted.
- The diagnostic plot can aide the decision on the number of changepoints. It plots the difference in test statistic from adding the change against the number of changepoints. When adding a true changepoint the cost increases/decreases rapidly, when adding a changepoint due to noise the change is small. This is similar to a scree plot in principal component analysis.
* In order to facilitate the above, a new param generic has been created for cpt.range objects that allows parameter estimation for a specified number of changepoints. This information is not stored when calculated so users may wish to use this function directly for other purposes such as parameter value retrieval.
* Added package version to the class structures so that an analysis is fully reproducible from a stored cpt* object.
* Fixed bug where the shape parameter was not recorded if penalty='CROPS'.
