Non-Negative Conjugate-Gradient Minimizer

Minimize a differentiable function subject to all the variables being non-negative (i.e. >= 0), using a Conjugate-Gradient algorithm based on a modified Polak-Ribiere-Polyak formula as described in (Li, Can, 2013, <>).
